Your Responsibilities : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :



1. The agreed budget including market size & share, hospital and pharmacy

2. Effective implementation of Marketing Programs

3. Conduct regular fieldwork with sales force to monitor implementation of programs, gather feedback from MDs on ongoing programs and inputs for programs to be implemented.

4. KOL Development

5. Inventory Management stock availability and forecast accuracy

6. Utilise processes for maximum business results


Is regarded by peers as being a role model in financial process / control

1. Achieve profit objectives for assigned products

2. Effectively manage resources


  • Identifying opportunity to expand business of the assigned products
  • Successfully planning & launching new SKU / product in life cycle management

  • Development of Marketing Plans and Strategic Directions of the responsible products

  • Partner with Training in the development of training plan for MCSs and Field Force Managers.
  • Joining the buddy system to support PE or junior PM
  • Proactively suggest areas for improvement within the team and department and champion their implementation

  • Customer data base random validation (in each territory)
  • Business report (monthly)
  • Competitor profile analysis (quarterly)
  • KEE network build up

    Ensure the alignment of code of conduct for both GSK & local pharmaceutical industry in every brand activity /

    Key Result

  • Desired Market Size & Share of the assigned products
  • Manage product A&P expenses within budget
  • Good stock management (achieve targeted forecast accuracy)
  • Successful Product Launch activities
  • Basic qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Doctors, Pharmacist / B.A with working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Pharmaceutical industry, working with doctors, pharmacists, KEE
  • Medical knowledge, product knowledge, marketing knowledge, philosophy knowledge
