If you are Japanese speaker, you will be in charge of interpreter task too-Support for Vietnamese and Japanese Manager-
Mainly they want you to do mainly HR task.-Set up interview with candidates.-Manage overall HR & Administration functions : Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
Human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits and visa & work permit.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.-Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all employee issues.
