As a result of ongoing and continued successes within Vietnam and internationally, this global leader in medical devices industry is recruiting a Sales Supervisor to join the office based in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Sales Supervisor Role :

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for people management and ensuring the sales targets implementation in territory related.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Boost sales, product introduction, ensure business objectives in territorial responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key customers in the Hospital channel
  • Receive, inspect, evaluate and transmit to BOD about the company's products and competitive
  • Analyse the competitive strategy; recommend building up the marketing and promotional programs
  • Develop, strengthen the network marketing, customer contact, personal information collected and aggregated from Sales Representative to make the Sales report and adjust strategies
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

    Key Requirements :

  • University graduated
  • At least 2 years of experience in management
  • Good English competency
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong people management skill
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, good team-work spirit
