Promote visibility of Schneider in the local consultant network

Be the technical expert for Power Consultationbusiness unit

Align the goals and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-termproject s being specified.

Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement.

Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solutiondeployment

Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Marketing to organizeseminar / product launching for consultants network

Regularly update sales team with new knowledge about products,international / local standards to improve technical competency of the team.

Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.

Identify, quantify & follow projects in


  • Detect projects at early stage, analyzecustomer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to thoseneeds.
  • Workwith consultants to promote & prescribe the Schneider Electric offers.
  • Visit the project decision-makers to specifySE’s products.
  • Updatestatus of such projects within a project pipeline
  • Maximize our chances of success by tracking keydecision makers over the project period, until it is tendered out.

    Customer relationship management (Identify anddevelop key accounts)

  • Develop key customer relationship and developaction plan for each consultant. Ensure continuity of effective communicationwith customers.
  • Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.

  • Working closely with Marketing team to defineand execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customerportfolio in charge.
  • Manage and keep updated all key accountinformation and opportunity in Overquota software
  • Lead the MECD program to build up a good database and improve thevisibility of M&E consultant network in South & Central Vietnam

    Developand train consultants with Schneider Electric offers

  • Present and provide technical informationnecessary to customers.
  • Organizetrainings and seminars with M&E consultants to raise their competency leveland also get upstream info on projects to act more quickly and increase ourchance to win
  • CrossSelling promotion

    Working closely with other BUs to specify the projectwith full solution available within Schneider Electric including ISC, CCTV,BMS, UPS etc

    Technicalcompetency development

  • Regularlyupdate, keep abreast to change about local and international electricalregulation / standards.
  • Master all MECD tools such as Ecodial, Spacial.Pro,software
  • Closely work with marketing team todevelop / fine-tune all product specification for tender, that suite to
  • smarket.

    Master all offers fromSchneider Electric which includes but not limit to MV,


    Teamplayer & team spirit

  • Maintainand develop good relations with team and of other department in order torealize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast informationand latest update
  • From timeto time, conduct training, technical update to sales team to boost thecompetency within the organization
  • Technicalsupport for sales team to service end user, consultants, contractors,especially in terms of technical design.
  • Education :

    University degrees Electrical Engineer

    Working Experience :

    Min. 5 years sales experience, preferably in M&E consultant business

    Proven network reference with M&E consultant network

    Knowledgeable in project sales and project management.

    Business Understanding :

    Understand company’s products and competitors are an advantage.

    Knowledgeable in main competitors

    Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) :

    Fluent in spoken and written English.

    Expert of Autocad software is a must

    Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with customers.

    Willing to travel

    Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
