Get to know the Role :

  • Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction
  • Project manage various Business Development initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs
  • Serve as a key member of the Grab Business Development team to drive overall strategy
  • The day-to-day activities :

    Identify potentials leads & opportunities, pitching products and negotiate contracts to expand customer base.

    Servicing customers after sales to ensure customer's satisfaction, maintain and grow usage.

    Participate in team activities including brand awareness and sponsorship events

    Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet business performance objectives and customers’ expectations

    Track performance weekly and report weekly to Line manager

    Driven to achieve assigned sales target and strategic objectives, and other tasks defined by Line Manager

    The must have :

    Experience in managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate customers

    Fluent command of the English language with an excellent standard of written and spoken communication

    Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start-up. Deep desire to excel and develop a career in sales

    Ability to effectively multiple clients, manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

    A minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience

    Strong understanding of, and interest in, issues and challenges facing the industry
