1. Responds to customer’s varying ink needs :
Developing a structure whereby the specific job can be run, based on self-experience of the characteristics of the specific ink being used, then monitors the production process to ensure the suggested procedures are implemented correctly
2. Supervise manufacture of 2-Piece inks in agreed quantities at customer facility
Advises customer on all ink related printing problems
Performs color matches as needed
Modifies ink formula to alter the ink performance characteristics.
Maintaining safety stock
Keep low stock day for finish inks
Conforming the inventory to the INX on-site inventory parameters
4. Trouble shooting
Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issue of coatings and lacquer on the line
Assist in-plant technician to solve ink’s issue completely.
5. Technical service :
Carry out monthly line audit
Lead agreed action with customer & Akzo
Provide service and support to customers on line trials with Akzo’s products to ensure success
Maintain quality standards and consistency in delivery of service to all customers under the agreed standard and target
First line trouble shooting not only inks but also coatings and lacquer
6. Customer service
Delivered a 24 / 7 customer service
Monitor product performance at customer site c
Co-operate with manufacturing sites for exchange of technical and service information to improve quality of service
Coach customers and Akzo personnel to develop Technical Service skills
Monitoring and support operation of more than one line and / or one plant
Travel and assist in trouble shooting not only inks but also coatings and lacquer
7. Operation and setting up new ink-room.
Build a good relationship with sales & production dept.
Prepare inks stock for un-forecast production (order, internal transfer).
Train the in-plant technicians to work with high pressure & independently.
Circulate technicians between ink-rooms to help the new ink-room.
Prepare roll-out for a lot of new labels approve on-line.
Work-off the inks that use for only one time to reduce stock.
Solve printing problems with the new line.
Recruit one more trainee in-plant technician.
Reduce cost per thousand for the new line.
Coach customer using our product properly
8. Maintain & improve company’s HSE&S and Product Stewardship performance
