JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Daily Admin support manage calendar, meeting, transaction, approval, contact, etc.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and request
  • Dealing with incoming email and post, corresponding on behalf of Director
  • Taking dictation and minutes
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for COO
  • Manage Division budgets as per all cost centers with Fin Dept.
  • Collect all the required reports to have them available for all managers
  • Collect all the HR requirement from division and dealing with HR and supervisors
  • Support Project Management Office within company
  • Update Org chart monthly

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools

  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
