The role & key responsibilities
The Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer in Advertising is required to teach and conduct classes at the Saigon South, Pham Ngoc Thach and Hanoi campus of RMIT Vietnam and provide leadership and foster excellence in teaching and research efforts of the School of Communication & Design, within the University, and with the community, professional, commercial and industrial sectors.
The Associate Professor, Advertising will make a significant contribution to the planning and strategic direction of the School, taking on academic leadership roles involving participation in various committees within the School, Department and University and external to the University, as appropriate.
The Associate Professor can be expected to provide strategic leadership for learning and teaching or research and scholarship.
The Senior Lecturer, Advertising will have an important research leadership role in embedding their research expertise into the life of the School and will be required to develop high-
quality, productivity-driven networks across RMIT and with local, national and global, internal and external partners. The Senior Lecturer may have responsibility for program management.
