3 执行和协助提升经销商能力和凝聚 积极协调和参与大区销售发展的项目
4 协助区域经销商全方位评估及分类 支持分销渠道的升级
5 整理和汇总生意数据 运用渠道项目跟进和效率评估机制 跟进各项目的执行情况 分客户找出差距 发掘存在的机会 并给予提升建议
6 定期完成与大区MT团队的业务回顾 确保执行团队与客户与大区的衔接 协调工作
1 协助区域经理完成清晰 策略性1-3年地域拓展规划 着重在郊县 有组织覆盖规划 加强本地分销模式落地分析 寻求机会和生意增长点 落实和执行本地有组织覆盖计划(资源分配和效率分析)
2 搭建城市内沟通平台 收集 总结和推广优秀地域拓展实践模式 推广本地化销售提升方案 并予以反馈和建议
4 协助区域经理运用城市群管理工具和体系(CHC / BAF) 整合和推动城市管理工具和体系的实践 提升城市综合管理水平
5 协助区域经理进行合理的销售区域划分 销售目标的设定和资源分配
1 整合总部和大区的项目和资源 结合本地区域的洞察 给予一线销售清晰指引 并根据阶段性的重点进行跟进 回顾 推动区域渠道的系统化管理和生意目标的达成
2 对总部 大区 省内的项目所涉及报表予以收集与整理 提炼和简化 协助一线理解和执行
1 1年以上渠道工作经验 熟练掌握渠道日常销售运作知识和技能
1 有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神 强烈的工作责任感
2 思路清晰 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
