Supporting : He / She has to support the sale force, review the process including any feedback provided by the sale force to assess the effectiveness of the current process, and make recommendations for the improvement of the process.
Assist sale force by answering queries and addressing issues.
Management : daily management of the sale people’s work load, including quality and attendance
Use incentive programs to push sales and follow up
Be responsible for the volume of sales and meeting set targets
Prepare daily reports with Tele Marketing Representative (TMRs)
Segment the customer list database and delegate customer segmentations to TMRs accordingly
Recruit, train, coach TMRs
Supervise the daily activities , Productions and performance
Manage the workflows between TMRs and DMOs and their daily activities.
Keep track with the compliance issue
Achieve targets setting by management team
Assist Officers by answering queries and addressing issues
Formal staff appraisals and career planning
Others : assigned by the line manager
Mandatory : College graduate
Advantage : University degree
Mandatory : At least 1 year in sales management experience; Has experience of Management Information and the concept of workflow
Advantage : Experienced in Insurance field
