Conducting training on Hitachi Air-con products for new hires, sales team and technical team,
Develop testing and evaluation procedures,
Conduct or arrange for ongoing product training / Soft kills training and personal development classes for staff members, client.
Plan, develop, and provide training for staff development, clients’ knowledge on techniques and deeply understanding of our products by using the effectiveness of training methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-
the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Manage and control the training center,
Coordinate with sales team and Marketing to identify and organize the trainings for our clients, agents and distributor.
Consult the sales team regarding the specs and model of the air-cons for each project.
Review and evaluate the training and report to management weekly, monthly.
Yêu cầu công việc
5 - 7 years experienced in similar training field.
Bachelor's Degree in HVAC engineering or relevant field,
Proven work experience as a training manager,
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs,
Familiarity with air conditioning products is an advantage,
Proficiency in applying training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills,
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively,
Proficiency in English communication as well as MS PowerPoint, and excellent presentation skills.
