Engage in strategic discussions and then develop them into thematic campaigns, promotions, etc.
Develop & coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, according to Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development, all the way to communicating it to Operation (thematic campaigns, promotions, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
Planning and execution on new store opening program.
Recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity and plan for new store opening program.
Develop marketing plans, annual budgets and regular forecast.
Work closely with agencies and communication team (Advertising, Market research, PR etc.) to execute brand experiences.
Developing & execution LSM promotion & activations to push sales & increase brand awareness.
Prepare reports : A&P, monthly activities, sales, promotion evaluation, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.

University / Post-University graduate in marketing or relevant field
More than 3+years of experiences in the same level position, prefer candidates with experience in F&B industry.
Have experience in organizing events & new store-opening activities.
