The position is responsible for adapting, promoting and supporting integrated, intelligent solutions for customers in the

Hotels and Healthcare segments

to implement Schneider Electric strategy in the Central EAJ cluster (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia).

The job holder must possess the ability to build cross-business solutions while understanding the customer context, including all participants, processes and requirements, as well as the technical complexity arising from the integration of numerous inter-

connected components and sub-systems.

Role objectives are to :

Deliver profitable solutions for Hotels and Healthcare Segments in Central EAJ cluster

Help sales team be successful on business opportunities in the Hotels and Healthcare segments

Bring differentiation and innovation to our customers, addressing business needs, customer process constraints, and technical challenges

Adapt reference architectures by customer need and connect solutions sales, execution and delivery

Influence Business Units roadmaps for target segments

Responsible for :

Improving Cross Domain Solution business performance with differentiating solutions

Lead the Hotel and Healthcare Segment community to share and collect customer successes

Accountable for :

Hotel and Healthcare Segments business performance in Central EAJ Cluster

Definition and Launch of Segment Solution Offers

Definition and Launch the EcoStruxure for the Hotels and Healthcare Segments


Support pre-sales and tendering activity for critical MUST WIN projects

Support Consultants (M&E, lighting, IT etc ) and Prescription team to define solution proposal.

Support Solution Marketing to create the Segment Solution Roadmap / influence BU Roadmaps


Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or Computer Science / IT

At least 5-10 years relevant experience as Customer Technical Process Consultant, or Systems Application Expert, or equivalent

Working knowledge and understanding of the customer needs in the Hotel and Healthcare segments

With strong experience in BMS and / or Power Solutions with good understanding of lighting control systems, Guest Room Management Systems, power metering and Information technology

Significant system and application experience

Capability to create the BU solutions & program the necessary application

Has high level communication skills and can connect our business oriented sales with the technical oriented execution


Segment knowledge in Hotels and / or Healthcare with deep understanding of customer business, process, technical solutions and market trends

Commercial and financial acumen

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations in multicultural environment

Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized

Strong communication, influencing skills and intercultural skills

Good analytical and technical skills

Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit
