CoE positioning and marketing

  • Develop and support marketing preparation, branding and advertising of CoE
  • Prepare and manage exhibitions and product launches through the CoE
  • Assist with preparation of certification programs involving Continuing Medical Education and as required ISO / CAP / NATA accreditation
  • Implement training policies and procedures for the CoE
  • Collaborate with RDV sales and marketing for customer invitation and scheduling
  • Supervise and assist trainings and customers during the training sessions
  • Administer and monitor the CoE trainings and financial processes in order to develop RDV customers in best laboratory practise of ROCHE standards.

  • Develop customer training services and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage the operational training and ensure instrument readiness
  • Coordinate customers training schedules, travel and accommodation
  • Prepare the training material and training room conditions for the training
  • Assist with preparation of the annual training budget and schedule
  • Prepare and issue training certificates from the CoE
  • Coordinate trainings from regional for RDV and customer development in the CoE
  • Establish and maintain the CoE suppliers and reagents
  • Ensure training data is entered into the REXIS and share point system
  • Maintain financial files and training records
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Marketing or Business Administration / health / economics
  • At least 5 years’ managerial experience in leading and managing a laboratory / clinic or a leading position as an operations office is an advantage
  • Multi-national companies experience is preferred
  • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (spoken & written)
  • Laboratory operation skills
