    quality in-car infotainment systems that deliver both information and entertainment on-the-go for many of the world s biggest automobile brands.

    We, LGE Vehicle Components Development Center Vietnam (VC IVI), conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.

    With the key missions of offering an environment that enables colleagues to demonstrate their capabilities, focus on their work and create value & delivering the invaluable HR services & solutions that contributes to a company’s business success, We HR Team of LGE Development Center Vietnam is now seeking member to be a part of our team.

    As an HR Staff, your main responsibilities will be :

    1. Recruitment :

  • Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way;
  • Coordinate test / interview, job posting procedures;
  • Assist to prepare recruitment event plan as well as take part in these events : career day, job fair, seminars, company tour ;
  • Perform other recruitment related tasks as required.

    2. Internal Communication & Company Culture Development :

  • Provide logistic support for the organization of staff activities & events (staff trip, New Year party, team building, leadership workshop );
  • Assist in the implementation of the company’s internal communications

  • Actively propose and implement ideas or actions to improve the working environment;
  • Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and staff in general.

    NOTE : 1 year contract and may be extended after that period

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor degree in related areas;
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment or internal communication, preferably in IT companies;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Vietnamese;
  • Well-organized, sociable and pro-active;
  • Sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good team player;
  • Good English skills;
  • Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail).

    Willing to learn & take more responsibilities.
