Support KAD’s & Marketing Director in local markets

Business Partner support to drive & secure competitiveness initiatives for M&PM & Sales Management functions

Establish & lead continuous product profitability analysis

Identify non-performing products & coordinate corrective actions with other stakeholders

Support Marketing Director to manage Product Profitability Deployment & Promotional Spend

Support in building Product Deployment business cases

Support the Cluster to develop CSC / Customer Value Chain understanding

Support KAD’s to manage commercial terms / practices

Work with Cluster Business Controller reg. pricing (PM / AM) : PM margin analysis for M&PM, follow up discount payment, manage discount accrual, simulation

CE Deal approval template coordinate with KAD’s for approval

Audit support for CE Sales, contract signed etc.

Ad hoc projects (e.g. Price Harmonisation, PM Price Simulations, etc.)

Develop the customer dimension within the financials (Customer profitability analysis)

Coordinate PM target / forecast process & follow-up

CBDP process support & participation

Approval of pricing in MDM

Works in a network with other Business controllers to share best practices

Work closely with Finance hub for process improvements

Monthly follow-up of Sales Management and M&PM SG&A expenses

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance

Have at least 7 years of experience in similar position such as Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Planning & Analyst manager in MNCs

Strong financial technical skills

Strong mindset of business partnering

Ability to work independently but also able to work in a team

Strong sense of leading without authority & engagement

Assertiveness

Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
