Do daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports.
Do ad-hoc reports as Head’s requirement.
Cost controller of Direct Sales Force (DSF) department and stock.
Cooperate with Marketing Team for DSF marketing materials, booths, uniforms, direct marketing activities and others to support DSF teams to complete their monthly plans.
Cooperate with Accounting Team for preparing location leasing contracts, purchasing, payment and bonus work.
Be in charge of calculation of bonus and payroll.
Organize and manage the DSF hiring, training DSF staff to be proficient in understanding AEG methods, the Company Culture, Prospecting skills.
Seek location and events, coordinate activities there.
Evaluate the performance of the team, individual DSF by monitoring KPI. Analyse key indicators to improve DSF Team’s performance.
Works with field management team that include DS Supervisors, and DS Team Leaders to strengthen the Direct Sales Force.
Monitor DSF Seminar programs, modify presentations to ensure prospect’s excitements & eager to study at AEG.

College / University graduate is an advantage.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sales experience, including in counseling, advising and customer service.
Leader & Manager experience
