This is a technical role, based at head office but covering all projects (existing and new) in HCMC.
The role is intended to support AS and GWS (facilities management) to ensure CBRE provides a reliable technical service in HCMC.
Main Duties :
Keep record of license status for all projects (PCCC, STP etc)
Cover PM / CE if absent onsite
Support head office to inspect new projects
Support head office to do technical consultancy (inside & outside Hanoi)
Support PM to do technical inspection of existing projects
Provide basic training / share knowledge to new staff
Emergency Support (ad hoc) to close down systems & report afterwards
Business Continuity : Cover PM / CE if absent onsite (request schedule each month from PMs)
Operational (Technical) Excellence
Operational Oversight : Ensure that at each CBRE managed project there is awareness and updated SOPs are produced, documented and implemented to oversee and manage the systems below.
Keep your own knowledge about these systems fully updated so that is easier to support when required.

Completed Secondary School Education
Completed University with qualification in engineering, construction
Minimum 8 years experience in technical / maintenance roles
Minimum 3 years experience in Chief Engineer position
Experience creating and implementing maintenance budgets
Effective Communication abilities in Vietnamese and English
Strong organizational skills (both manpower & administration)
Good time management skills
Ability to prioritize allocation of resources based on life safety, commercial impact, reputation etc
Ability to understand cost impact of decisions, knowledge how to control and reduce cost while not impacting service and operation delivery
Working IT skills (to create, update and maintain records / reports etc)
