Mô tả công việc Objective : Design solutions and drive presales conversations to

win new business.

Design and implement innovative solutions to complex

business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge

of organizational objectives.

Work with business and technology client

representatives to identify functional and technical requirements.

Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap.

Develops a proof-of-concept. Designs the framework for large projects.

Accountable for the technical integrity of the

solutions, cost effectiveness and supportability that meets client requirements

and industry best practices.

Clear and concise articulation, presentation, and

documentation of technical opportunities, constraints, recommendations, and

action items to both internal and external audiences.

Translate complex functional, technical and business

requirements into architectural designs.

Assess Digital market technology choices to determine

fit, including software, hardware, etc.

Research and analyze market landscapes and emerging

platforms, patterns, practices, and methodologies to drive differentiated

service offerings for clients and foster greater professional development

opportunities for internal talent.

Provide thought leadership around best practices and

new / emerging concepts.

Interact with senior management levels at a client

and / or within NIIT, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant


Manage large teams and / or work efforts.

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical / Solution

Architect in Analytics solutions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing solutions

with one or more key technology platforms including :

Digital Experience

Adobe Experience Manager / Sitecore / Liferay

Digital Integration

API Management, Microservices, Mule Anypoint / Apigee


Amazon Web Services / Azure PaaS offerings,

Minimum of 3 projects experience on Digital Experience

and / or Digital Integration

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software

Development Lifecycle.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Additional Preferred Skill

Requirements :

Experience in software engineering and expertise on

Digital Experience and / or Digital Integration projects

Experience working with diverse, global teams.

Experience with software design and build.

Industry skills in Insurance industry

Proven experience in consulting, making presentations,

and producing quality written deliverables


Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal


Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.

Good communication (written and oral).

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and

time-management skills.
