To manage the entire Recruitment & Selection process for the National office, and ensure quality hires for the organization, according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators.

Primarily focus on White Collar Employees while providing recruitment support for Blue Collar employees. This person is also expected to contribute to our overall talent management in country.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Pre-Recruitment

  • To ensure the completion of the recruitment requisition on KN career and ensure that all approvals and job description are in place prior to commencing recruitment
  • To discuss with Hiring Manager : recruitment approach, cooperation, personality expectations and required competencies
  • Recruitment

  • To promote internal applications and referrals via internal databases, EDMs, and engaging the internal employee community directly
  • To conduct a holistic approach to external talent sourcing by targeting both active and passive candidates using online job board advertising, databases and headhunting
  • To oversee that candidate management processes are in place and actively used; candidate care is critical for Employer Branding
  • To develop a Talent Pipeline for the organization via passive candidate management
  • Selection

  • Qualify screen and interview prospective candidates and thoroughly vet candidate’s compensation
  • To conduct reference checks on selected candidates
  • To manage the candidate offer process and ensure all documentations are verified for on-boarding
  • General

  • To complete and disseminate regular and ad hoc reports
  • To constantly monitor, ensure and improve the recruitment and selection guidelines and tools with the General Manager -
  • HR; including training of hiring managers

  • In cooperation with the HR specialists support the development of talent programs
  • To participate in the recruitment projects to improve the R&S function
  • Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in recruiting staff level positions; experience in Forwarding / Logistics is an advantage
  • Experienced working in the HR system
  • Experience in recruitment for projects with large number of FTEs is a big plus
  • Good knowledge of local labor code
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good time management & Customer oriented (external and internal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel for visiting warehouse sites
  • Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
