    In advisory conversations with analytics support and collaboration with other Bank teams (where needed) · Proactively manages clients' portfolio, anticipating and pitches right products and services to meet those needs.

    This helps in attracting off-us and qualifying clients into qualified Auto Finance status.

  • Maintains regular contact with clients, refferrers retaining those at risk of attrition · Ensures clients transactions and service requests are addressed · Work closely with Auto Finance panel of specialists · Meet / contact clients when required · Prepare and educate clients / partners / Referrers to interacting via Online, Client Centre Maintain a high standard of customer service through · Providing good service quality / service standards · Attend regular training / retraining in order to provide competent service excellence to existing and potential customer · Conduct and check on periodical counter satisfaction survey / questionnaire · Ensure the collection and maintenance of high quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer's needs and generate revenue Maximise sales performance through · Use of effective sales plan team members and direct / indirect manager · Effectively and efficiently the Auto clients portfolio management / Referral Channel / Referrer list · Well equipped knowledge of full range of products to consult customers from Referral Channel or other Sources · Do regular visit to collect customers' required documents / provide OSV check before loading into system for next processes · Provide on site support for both Customers or Referrers to deliver Sales Program / Incentive scheme or Contest · Make Sales report to track performance of each assigned Auto Referral Channel / Auto Dealer / Auto Brand · Pro-
