Essential and optional requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience (Novotel brand is a plus) with successful pre-opening records.
  • Excellent communication skills in English Language (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with strong sensibility to local culture and strong adaptability to local environment.
  • Key tasks

    Responsible for operation including F&B and Rooms Division Departments (Strong F&B background is an advantage)

  • Good understanding on Le Club and VOG Plan, menu, food cost, organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
  • Manage performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel.
  • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
  • In the absence of the General Manager : responsible for the entire hotel operations, including coordination with the hotel Owner and the Corporate Office.
