1. Leading role in academic operation quality in center

  • Planning and conducting induction teacher training programs on IvyPrep policy, classroom procedures, instructional materials and equipment, and teaching aids
  • Observing teachers’s lessons to evaluate their performance and recommend changes that could strenthen teacher’s teaching skills and student’s learning experiences;
  • Approving teachers’s working hours on the ECO STUDY system;
  • Taking part in assessing teachers’ performance
  • Networking with teachers in center regarding non-teaching activities
  • Being responsible for quality assurance in center
  • Checking and approval teaching hours in Eco
  • Follow-up of students’ homework, assignment, performance
  • Approval of tutorial sessions
  • Ensuring academic operation following the regulations set in the Teacher and Academic staff Hanbooks
  • Students / teachers’ satisfaction surveys
  • Reports on students / teachers’ performance
  • Following up and Resolving all teacher-related issues at center level
  • 2. Student Care

  • Initiating academic activities in centers to improve teaching quality and to motivate students
  • Communication with parents / parents meeting set up
  • Conducting Placement Test for new students;
  • Following up students’ performance and Advising solutions to support students when needed;
  • Ensuring students’ achievement of the learning outcomes;
  • Organizing activities / events to motivate students;
  • 3. Leading AA / TA

  • Recruiting AAs / TAs at center, in collaboration with the CM;
  • Leading and Supervising AAs / TAs at the center;
  • Observing and Evaluating AA / TA’s performance;
  • Providing professional development workshops / training to AAs / TAs; when needed.
  • 4. Other responsibilities

  • Working with Scheduling Team about the center teaching schedule;
  • Leading role in academic process quality;
  • Teaching and substituting when required;
  • Observing products being used and Providing feedback;
  • Marking and grading tests and students’ work when needed;
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree in English major
  • Certificates of Language Proficiency : TOEFL 94 or above; IELTS 7.0 or above.
  • At least 1 year of experience in teaching English for children aged from 6 to 13 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of English language;
  • Knowledge on teaching methodologies, principles and methods for curriculum and training design;
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Working place : Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi
