Essential and optional requirements
Previous and proven experience in similar job scope.
Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry in Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City.
Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentations, distribution system.
Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Languages : English language (both spoken and written).
Consultation, local convention bureaus, local hotel and other associations, government tourist office, airlines, travel agents, tour operators
Determination and maintenance of a workable budget and recommendation for most productive allocation of funds : direct mail, advertising, sales trips, entertaining, etc
Sales forecasting by establishing the revenue streaming - Increasing & developing business volume during weekends and off season period
Recommending and implementing special promotions (such as gastronomic festival, art exhibitions, tour of the house, airline balls, etc)
