1.Order Management (Including sample) from customer inquiry to order fulfillment till sales recognition (Billing)

2.Demand Forecast

  • Response on customer inquiries such as lead time / MOQ / order status / special requests etc.
  • Input, monitor and coordinate all received customer orders(including samples) to meet customer requests
  • Communicate & Coordinate delivery arrangement by working with Warehouse and Transportation forwarder
  • Follow up Delivery & Original delivery Receipt to Transportation / Trucking for invoicing purpose
  • 3. Invoicing

  • Responsible for daily invoicing and ensure filing is up to dat
  • Co-ordinate to get updated demand forecast from Sales team & get back to Demand Planning team
  • 4.Customer complaint handling

  • Register customer complaints as received within SFDC Complaint Process assign to appropriate personnel to complete and resolved to customer satisfaction
  • 5. Reporting, CS KPI Tracking & Filing

  • Maintain and distribute Open order & MTD sales for Sales Director
  • Customer order filing
  • Responsible for ship not invoice monthly report
  • 6. Others Perform other duties to be assigned by Immediate Supervisor
