Essential and optional requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years operational management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Pre-opening is a priority
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience in managing social media and digital presence is preferred.
  • Excellent guest and client relations.
  • Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue.
  • Be very proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Key tasks

  • Plan, create and support synergised strategic campaigns on multiple platforms both online and offline.
  • Monitor and manage tools to ensure social media profile, presence and interaction is optimized in a live time-frame..
  • Regularly audit the hotel’s Digital Marketing strategy.
  • Manage brand compliance for the hotels to grow the equity of the hotels and the brand equity across all channels.
  • Manage all marketing / promotional / sales collateral development / production both on and off line.
  • Ensure the hotels are presented correctly on OTA websites with good visibility and high rankings.
  • Manage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotels.
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with Key local press and local media.
  • Liaise with the regional communications team to maximise communications exposure
  • Ensure all visual and written communication (internal / external, offline / online) is fully aligned with the hotels positioning and brand.
