Job Description Summary
To support the ITSEA commercial function in business growth by providing technical service and application support to customers, supervising sales development and selling projects and handling product and quality complaints in Vietnam.
Develop a new project pipeline and monitor progress.
Work with ASEAN Commercial team and ITSEA Management to monitor performance and execute steps to achieve the sales targets.
Provide technical advice, support and training for customers and distributors in targeted market / application segments e.
g. paint and coatings, inks, adhesives, construction, etc.
Execute technical service / application / sales development projects under the supervision of Regional Technical Service Manager and generate output to support business growth.
Gather competitive intelligence and share within the team in a structured and actionable manner.
Resolve application and formulation issues for customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption of proposed solutions.
Where applicable, handle and solve quality complaints of products in a timely and effective manner.
Introduce, promote new products and conduct seminars as and when the need arises.
Communicate with and provide input to regional technical service and R&D functions to address market and customer needs.
Track market / developmental trends and competitors’ activities so as to guide the business in developing appropriate marketing and sales strategies to meet market needs.
