Tasks :

ABB Vietnam is seeking a Market Manager to join our team in Power Grid Grid Integration (PGGI) business who would be a leader in driving a business growth for the division in Vietnam.

Joining our team in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city and reporting to the Local Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :

  • Leading and implementing the global business unit strategies to achieve sales and marketing targets and business growth.
  • Initiating and implement unit level sales and marketing activities and ensure appropriate implementation of business unit portfolio.
  • Manage demand market for assigned country including, third party sales, assigned sales and channels.
  • Develop business strategies for sales and marketing and participate in budgeting process.
  • Support the market intelligence, analyze the market trends, competition, emerging technologies and support product lifecycle marketing.
  • Manage and developing the relations ships with customers and key account holders.
  • Ensure the proposals are developed and approved to achieve optimal outcome and all the documentation is in place.
  • Ensure proposal are developed and approved to promote and achieve optimum outcome.
  • Organize and promoting the after sales services.
  • Requirements :

    To be considered for this role you should have,

  • A degree in engineering with minimum 15 years of working experience in substation automation Sales or power sectors.
  • Team handling experience of minimum 5-10 people.
  • Excellent knowledge in Power system and substation automation Sales and Engineering.
  • Strong and effective communications skill and analytical skills.
