JGC Vietnam is looking for a Receptionist, who shall be responsible for the front desk with professional communications and image.
Responsibilities are as following :
Answer and transfer incoming calls, handle and keep track records of all incoming and out-going mails, couriers.
Receive and welcome clients and visitors.
Provide administrative support such as typing, copying, filing, data base entry
Administration department and other duties assigned by Administration Manager.
Arrange logistics for business meeting, transportation / accommodation; co-ordinate activities and events of the company when required.
Report to the Administration Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College or University degree, graduating from tourism and hospitality management majority is preferable.
New graduates, or have 1-2 years’ experience in the similar position; especially experience working in foreign companies or hotels is an advantage.
Good at MS office is required.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (especially speaking, listening skills).
Pleasant appearance, cheerful and courtesy personalities.
Active, confident and positive attitude
Hard working, ability to learn and work accurately and independently
