Mission ofFunction

Builds, maintains and expands relationshipswith assigned and new channel partners in defined infrastructure and industryverticals, responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partnerrecruitment objectives.

The indirect vertical sales manager represents the entire range ofSENTRON low voltage products and systems (e.g. Energy Management products andsoftware) and coordinates the sales into the assigned infrastructure andindustry vertical market via the covered network

Job Responsibility

  • Supportproduct offering through partner organizations to end users in coordinationwith partner sales resources in defined infrastructure vertical markets
  • Managespotential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fosteringexcellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherenceto channel rules of engagement.
  • Leads solution development efforts that bestaddress end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessarycompany and partner personnel
  • Establishesproductive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partneraccounts.
  • Coordinatesthe involvement of company personnel, including support, service, andmanagement resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives andpartners’ expectations.
  • Meetsassigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives inassigned partner accounts.
  • Proactivelyleads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performanceobjectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with aproductive partner relationship.
  • Proactivelyassesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Ensurespartner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drivesadoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Proactivelyrecruits new qualifying partners in alignment with the defined BU strategy
  • Proactivelydrives specifications with consultants and end-users
  • Competence :

  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and low voltageproducts
  • Knowledge of using electrical design software
  • Market contacts, relationship and experienceof working with related key market players
  • Interpersonaland communication skills
  • Strongcustomer focus
  • Working in the team, high responsibility
  • Possible to learn and develop
  • Qualifications :

  • Electrical Engineer
  • Experience in related working activities
  • English / Vietnamese writing & speaking
  • Knowledge of using MS-Office, AutoCAD,
  • Organisation : Energy Management
