Work with customer to prepare & declare documents for inbound and outbound customs clearance
Do customs entry, do inspection for shipment, customs liquidation for customer
Contact with truckers to arrange pick up / delivery shipments
Send daily reports to customers (if request)
Be able to build up relationship with customers harmoniously
Understand customers’ business features, update new regulation from customs / government
Develop new opportunities from customers
Be responsible for any special request of Customs such as getting certificate of culture, quality;
Seek improvement opportunities of service performance, communication, work process etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction and 100% service commitment
Follow Company Compliance Policy
College degree or equivalent business qualifications.
Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
Good English reading & speaking, understand cargo - related documents in English
At least 1 year experience in customs clearance
Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required
Willing to work overtime, as required
Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
Good problem solving skills
