Grab’s 2-Wheels Retention team drives the business forward by strategically managing the platform’s supply of motorcycle riders to effectively grow Grab’s Bike, Express, and Food services.
Analyzing and transforming Grab’s rich trove of data, the team spearheads driver rewards, incentives, and retention initiatives, owning the entire process from program conception to execution and feedback.
Working within core business operations, you will work closely with many brilliant minds, while also being able to leverage Grab’s regional network of resources its people, its products, and its best practices.

Strive to exceed challenging business targets, owning key supply performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth
Transform large sets of data, exercising intellectual rigor to continuously evolve rewards & incentives strategies, strengthening the critical of Grab’s growing 2W businesses
Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution

A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis skills
Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
Very good English proficiency
1-2 years working experience in data analysis field would be a plus
