Your tasks

Manage and operate all training and development activities to support the Company’s current and future business needs

  • Analyze and identify training needs in conjunction with line managers to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work
  • Draw up a training plan, align and comply with the direct superior and the management in term of training programs and the yearly approved budget.
  • Implement the approved training plan
  • Manage trainings within the approved training budget
  • Implement internal training programs such as English, soft skill trainings,
  • Follow up and develop the internal iExpert training programs
  • Develop individual training programs that meet the skill gap identified through training need assessment
  • Find, evaluate and suggest training providers to the superior
  • Work with training providers to develop suitable content for the training courses
  • Supervise and evaluate activities during and after training. Conduct a staff’s review on their progress
  • Develop individual training programs that meet the skill gap identified through training need assessment
  • Measure the effectiveness of the training from time to time
  • Make training reports as required
  • Establish training & development strategies; set up and develop its policies and procedures
  • Implement, follow-up, and filing of training completion of all the required mandatory e-learning courses
  • In co-operation with peers and heads of department to provide input and implement induction training programs to the new joiners from time to time.
  • To be the country administrator for ePMP (online Performance Management Process), follow up, set reminders for the completion as the set time frame, master data management of ePMP system and support to the business functions as required.
  • To work with the global team for all the assigned project including Employee Survey (ES), and other relevant global business systems / projects assigned from time to time.
  • Other relevant tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent and fluent Vietnamese and English with 4 skills : speaking, listening, writing & reading
  • Self-motivated and positive approach. Strong interpersonal skills, influence and negotiation skills
  • Business awareness and cost efficiency
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to devise solutions to complex problems
  • Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
  • Bachelor Degree in training and development or other related fields
  • Minimum 3- 5 years working experience in training in a foreign or multinational environment
