  • Develop plan & execute the plan to increase ZaloPay user’s conversion and retention, including promotional, transactional, lifecycle, triggered and rewards-focused campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product owner, marketing & business development to execute multi-channel campaigns targeted to specific audiences with an emphasis on gleaning insights for continued optimization of new and existing programs and campaigns.
  • Run A / B testing experiments to understand user behaviors, analyze data (campaign results, customer behavior, target audiences, etc.
  • and research and understand other inputs (competitive intel, business challenges, etc.) to inform future strategies

  • Be able to create written content for emails, push notifications, etc. when needed
  • Constantly stay informed with best in class acquisition, retention and advocacy practices
  • Yêu cầu

  • 1-2 year experience of in marketing with a focus on user retention and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization.
  • Superior project management skills with a bias towards action against goals, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Creative and a self-starter.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
