Achieves / exceeds the Sales & Business Development targets as stated in the annual Sales plan.
Gives input for this plan to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Pro-actively hunts for additional business, continuously finds new opportunities and leads to expand Sarens’ customer- and revenue base.
Brings forward to his / her Manager and Sales team, new initiatives for continuous improvement and growing and securing revenue.
Visits (potential) clients.
Assesses (potential) clients.
Market & Sales positioning; knows in-depth both the Sarens’ equipment and its possibilities, as well as the clients’ most relevant infrastructure and needs requiring lifting services, at least at a high level in order to be / become the client’s most trusted and knowledgeable advisor on heavy lift, special transport and crane rental.
Responsible for the processing of applications of his / her clients, the issuing of estimates, quotations, offers and contracts, and monitoring the progress, in accordance with the expectations of management, the authorization scheme and with respect to L1 / L2 project procedure;
above all paying attention to deviations in (standard) terms & conditions.

Graduate level qualification in an relevant subject e.g. MBA, Marketing, etc.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management positions in Heavy Lift and Transportation industry
Sales and Business Development
Business Commercial Management; management of sales functions
A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university which meets the work permit requirements of the country of residence
No legal restrictions on international travel
