Account Manager VC - Video Collaboration, Vietnam

The Role : Vietnam Representative Office of Logitech Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for Account Manager VC Video Collaboration to develop Enterprise Business (SMEs, SMBs) focused on Video Collaboration / Unified Communications.

This position involves working with the country team including : Country Manager, B2B Category Manager - Video Collaboration, Marketing, to define the optimum strategy, priorities and plans to maximize business opportunities.

This role reports to the Country Manager - Vietnam with regular interactions and supports from B2B Category Manager - Video Collaboration

Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for driving Logitech Video Collaboration / Unified Communications business

  • through evangelizing and winning sourcing decisions in large accounts by offering cohesive solutions based on Logitech Unified Communications & Collaboration peripherals
  • positioning Logitech as the thought leader in providing solutions in Unified Communications & Collaboration in the UC&C marketing
  • creating excitement and demonstrating the value of the new technology in solving customer problems by focusing on one-
  • on-one interaction with key decision makers, one-to-many influencing through trade-shows, conferences, and presentations;
  • and collaborative work with eco-system partners such as Microsoft

    2) Responsible for Logitech B2B business expansion into Enterprise channels with wide range of Logitech products & solutions

  • by understanding customer IT business problems, and helping them through the use of Logitech-based solutions
  • engaging technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and business leaders of existing and potential customers to drive awareness and early adoption of new Logitech solutions
  • providing feedback to business group on customer needs to contribute on product development to capture potential new opportunities
  • 4) Close deals by providing right solutions to key clients

    5) Provide accurate and timely management of information and revenue forecasts

    6) Achieve quarterly business target including both UC and other Logitech products.

    Requirements :

  • Rich industry knowledge especially in Video Collaboration / Unified communication ecosystem
  • 5-8 years IT or tech solution sales experience of selling to Enterprise
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining executive clients and channel relationship with the ability to engage at all levels from buyer to C-level
  • Ability to create and execute successful end user & channel strategies that will support revenue growth goals
  • Strong public speaking and customer presentation experience
  • Strong business acumen & negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Local language & English
  • Education :

    Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering background preferred. MBA a PLUS.
