Joining our team in Ha Noi city your focus will be on increasing sales volume, market share and profitability by focusing on ABB’s sales philosophy of technical competency, customer relationships and value proposition.
Your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Participating / generating business development ideas and opportunities towards the overall strategic plan for the export sales regions
Evaluating customer needs to support development of quotations and market data, understanding portfolio gaps to drive R&D, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders, such as the front end sales teams
Marketing activities (conferences and seminars)
Creating quotations and tenders in response to customer inquiries and completing risk reviews
Assisting with new product innovation
Working with project managers to assist in communication, negotiations, and customer meetings
Maintaining customer databases and document management systems
To be successful in this role you will be a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and working with customers and technology.
You will also possess the following :
Engineering degree (preferably electrical) with minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in international companies.
MBA degree would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills and strong compliance understanding.
Ability to work in time zones and should have good command over English.

Ideally we are looking for individual who is experienced in sales and marketing, however we are also open to technical individuals who are experienced in developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues, locally and globally, and who focus relentlessly on customer needs.
