  • monitor external legal spend and ensure appropriate expenses accrual, submit monthly external legal spend tracker
  • maintain accrual record and responsible for monthly account reconciliation
  • responsible for law firm on-boarding due diligence and due diligence refreshment, including SRM, AP due diligence and TPSR review, etc.
  • coordinate annual performance survey of panel law firms, and record follow-up actions if any
  • coordinate and support the lawyers for the annual review meetings with panel law firms and file meeting notes and follow-up action if any
  • update law firm information and timely inform ASP LGA to update Law Firm Database
  • support review and update on legal procedures and policies and then upload on Vietnam Legal SharePoint
  • Coordinate for risk and control assessment for risks within Legal, and ensure the functional RCA are recorded as appropriate
  • act as BIRO to attend the regular catch up meeting with ISR, deliver updates / alerts on the aforesaid meeting, and report ISR incident
  • perform quarterly Clear Desk checking and record the check result on SharePoint
  • act as Record Management Coordinator to review / update the DRRS, perform annual compliance testing and keep the departmental records by following the DRRS;
  • update monthly MI, attend training and meetings; coordinate with record retention activities (inform LGA the Holds notices, follow-up actions if any)

  • act as AB&C risk control coordinator to report monthly MI, perform control testing, including G&E register and payment reconciliation
  • act as Business Continuity Management coordinator to review and update BIA, BCM strategy and BC plan, arrange BC exercises and complete annual compliance certificate
  • assist in Administration Matters
  • Support legal update
  • coordinate for various tasks relating to the Legal database tool
  • dealing with legal database suppliers
  • coordinate for the issuance of POA to managers within the banks including obtaining necessary approval, preparing draft POAs, obtaining signature / seal, scanning and uploading into the system, following up and taking back the POAs when the respective managers resign, move to other positions
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree : Law / Economics / Finance / Banking
  • Experience : at least 4 - year experience in the secretary of the law firms
  • Work well with paper works and willing to work in details
  • Good at English
  • Microsoft Office software skills
