  • Report to Japanese General Director (Male, 45 years old)- Manage Operation Department, including 5 Sections (Technical Sales, Technical Sales Support, HR / GA / IT, Admin, Accounting / Warehouse / Delivery), with 5 Leaders and 5 Staffs (planning to increase 5 more Staffs in 2019)-
  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Direct and coordinate activities of Operation Department concerned with 5 Sections : Technical Sales, Technical Sales Support, HR / GA / IT, Admin, Accounting / Warehouse / Delivery
  • Manage daily operations, staffs, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
  • Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
  • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
  • Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations.
  • Working Time : 8 : 00-17 : 00 (Monday - Friday & Saturday morning)
  • Monthly Salary : 3,500 7,000USD

  • Essential Requirements :
  • Qualifications : Bachelor degree
  • Language skills : English Business level
  • At least 10 years' management experience for a company operation, must have strong customer service mindset, from any industries (except manufacturing & construction)
  • Smart, quick action but also well-organized
  • Spotting conflicts early on and resolving them to the satisfaction of all involved parties
  • The ability to quickly and independently process ideas and implement changes
  • Effective time management
  • Proficient in commonly software applications like Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Very good communication in both English & Vietnam
