Job Responsibilities :
Corporate Communications : be responsible for all corporate communication activities and publications :
Build annual corporate communication plan taking into account the business context at regional & local level, and supervise execution thereof.
Manage the corporate communication budget.
Create and manage content for corporate publications (internal newsflash, newsletter, magazines ) and corporate website.
Utilize relevant communication channels (internal website, bulletin, publications, activities..) to deliver the content and ensure corporate messages are being effectively leveraged on owned digital and social media channels
Interact with CEO and other members of the Top Leadership team, getting direction and updated information about business performance, corporate activities for relevant communication
Compose CEO speeches, quotes and Q&A documents for corporate events
Enhance staff engagement platform
Deliver communications support to :
Cross departments to ensure the messages delivered to staff the most effectively, ensuring high engagement from staff
Crisis management : be a member of Crisis management Committee (incidents prevention and crisis management) to develop and deliver crisis communications plan to internal stakesholders (primary) and external stakeholders (secondary, when required).
People management :
Lead and develop corporate communications team to meet corporate and division objectives.

Key Success Factors :
Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of experience in PR, preferably with substantial corporate communication experience
Communication and presentation skills, especially with senior-level members of a company
Outstanding written communication and grammatical skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to make quick decisions
Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn
