Objective of the position
This position is to provide administration support to Human Resources Department as well as C&B in the South with regard to staff benefits and outlet compliances.
The HR Coordinator will also be required to take direction and work professionally to support the completion of the HR Department’s goals and objectives.
Description of tasks
Implement and coordinate development initiatives / projects of Häfele Vietnam that meet business goals, employee engagement and development.
Assist the HR team with projects and administrative tasks.
Be in charge of Social Insurance, PIT, etc.
Support HRD to facilitate the Performance Management Process (PMP), Individual Career Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning processes for Häfele Vietnam or defined scope.
Facilitate the Häfele Balanced Scorecard development and implementation
Undertake and deliver the related organization development projects (org chart, team development, ISO, etc.)
Project manage HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, annual compensation planning, budgets, training and development, new leader assimilations and HR events.
Initiate and conduct employee engagement programs / activities
Facilitate internal communications channels to engage Häfele culture and HR practices
Undertake other HR-related tasks assigned by HRD.

Bachelor Degree, major in business administration / human resources is preferable.
At least three (03) years of working experience in learning & development, organization development
2-3 years administrative experience in a corporate environment, supporting an HR team would be a plus.
4-year degree desired.
Strong English and Vietnamese communication, both writing and speaking
Good computer skills, especially in MS Power Point
Good attention to details
Good project and time management.
Candidate must be team-focused, detail-oriented, resourceful and proactive.
