Role Summary :

The role is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for Healthcare Digital in Vietnam. Lead and coach Channel Partners to drive growth of Healthcare Digital products and services, drive financial results, ensure compliance and be accountable for keeping risk profile within the region norms and standards.

Work closely with product management and sales teams to deliver appropriate and effective channel strategies and support programs.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Identify target end user accounts and create account plans in conjunction with Channel Partner
  • Create and / or support Channel Partner specific business plans
  • Schedule joint sales calls with Channel Partner and relevant GEHC commercial teams to support sales activities and maintain relationships with the customer decision makers
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Healthcare Digital and competitive solutions. Be able to present and discuss technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
  • Manage Channel Partner relationships on a day-to-day basis and provide tender / bid and transactional support
  • Simplify the point of contact between GEHC and Channel Partner and proactively align internal GEHC resources to support Channel Partner
  • Introduce and coordinate delivery of GEHC Channel Partner support programs and commitments
  • Act as business development coach to grow the Channel Partner capability.
  • Embrace and implement Channel Partner management best practices
  • Maintain relationships with the senior management and the commercial team of the Channel Partners
  • Analyze, identify, and communicate the internal and external resource needs of the Channel Partner
  • Continuously keep commercial and services leaders updated on the status and progress of the Channel Partner
  • Track and communicate market trends to / from the field including competitor data and develop effective counter-strategies
  • Expected to promote maintenance support agreements with solution proposals
  • Responsible for forecasting based on Channel Partner prospects. Adept in calling estimates with Risks & Opportunities.
  • Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance within Channel Partner.
  • Enforce global compliance standards, collaborate with compliance manager to perform due diligence activities
  • Ensure all opportunities are up to date and captured in Sales Force opportunity management tool.
  • Maintain and nourish relationships with KOLs in the assigned business segment / territory
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in a medical, healthcare or IT solutions field
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Strong capacity and drive to develop career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
  • Takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work.
  • Must be highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offers
  • Strong knowledge & experience of end to end sales process and working with cross functional teams (Inquiry to Order, Order to Remittance, Finance, Services, Country sales, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, negotiation & closing skills
  • Able to travel
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Desired Characteristics :

  • Experience in direct sales and, developing and managing Channel Partners in medical, healthcare or IT solutions field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to communicate to employees and customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently
