Project Manager - Interior Architect :

  • Manage daily workflow in project including all revisions to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner to keep delivery schedule on track
  • Manage the workflow and schedule for all jobs in the retouching / 3D group to keep work on track. Manage all projects from start through completion.
  • Monitor the quality of all project work produced in photo / 3D floorplan and devise ways to avoid errors in future.
  • Assisting in the development, monitoring, and maintaining of post-production timelines.
  • Training, supporting and developing team members. Monitoring the team members performance, relevant to the success factors
  • Develop and maintain retouching / 3D tracking tools.
  • Responsible for short and long-term operational planning, including allocating labor, leading daily planning meetings, and assigning job duties.
  • Providing daily supervision as well as mentoring, training, development and performance management of the team.
  • Proficiency in the software required for design and management such as Auto Cad, 3D Max, Vray, LUMION / UNREAL ENGINE, Photoshop.
  • Produce artwork the role requires high levels of time management skills to make sure that staffing levels are correct to complete the incoming work, good communication skills to work with the team and help others develop their skill sets.

    Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications :

  • Graduated from University of Architecture / Interior / 3D Illustration or related field. Ability to process photos after rendering in Photoshop for high artistic quality.
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent computer skill
  • Highly Organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in manager position.
  • Working with international companies and / or foreigners.
  • Working with performance management for lager groups of employees.
  • Working with project management.
  • Working independently in cooperation with upper management.
