Your contribution to something big

  • Oversee the participation salary surveys and analyze results to assess competitive labor market trends
  • Prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
  • Develop the strategic framework of total rewards to achieve the company’s attraction, motivation and retention strategy
  • Liaise with the HRBP’s and managers to implement compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy
  • Steering of processes and HR topics
  • Responsibility for implementation of global processes and policies within the country
  • Regional process adaptation and optimization
  • Implementation of information and training measures to enable participants involved in the process
  • What distinguishes you

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • 07+ years in relevant position in C&B and total rewards
  • Familiar with HR operation process and Compensation & Benefits activities
  • Global and cultural awareness
  • Good interpersonal and public speaking skill
  • Good analytical & problem solving skill
  • Good command in English, good computer skills, good communication and leadership skills.
  • Co-operative, out-going, responsible and open minded person
  • Customer Oriented mindset / attitude
  • Team oriented and service mind
