Business Development Develop and review relationship plans with RMs for clients assigned. Own and manage product sales pipeline tracking and achieve portfolio revenue and deal wins targets.
Call on clients to identify new opportunities and advise clients on best practices. Stay updated on market and competition and provide regular inputs to relationship and product teams.
Originate both domestic and cross-border deals and work with relevant partners for cross-border deals. Work with product team in creating marketing collateral & standard client pitch books.
Foster sales expertise & facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices. Account Management Monitor operating cash and trade flows for clients in the portfolio to identify any client attrition and take prompt action as required.
Identify clients at risk due to poor client experience or competitive threats and take prompt action to avoid loss. Deal Management Write sales proposals and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Making client pitches / presentations. Own the deal review process including taking necessary approvals from Product, Risk, Operations & Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.
Work closely with Implementation team to ensure successful implementation of mandated deals and revenue ramp-up.
Requirements : Degree holder in Business or Finance. 3- 5 years of experience in Product Management and Business Finance role.
Possesses strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational and management skills. Ability to multi-
task and work on a variety of initiatives and projects concurrently in a fast paced environment within tight deadlines.
