The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities

  • Duties :
  • In charge of Sales operation of General Trade (GT) Channel in allocated areas.
  • Improve sales performance & profitability to assigned distributors.
  • Plan and execute all related jobs for business expansion of GT channel and solve any difficulties.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Manage to plan and executive all jobs related to developing Panasonic Battery Business in GT channel :

    1) Cooperate with related members to manage internal PSI (Purchase from factory, Sales to customers, and Inventory of Panasonic) effectively.

    2) Set sell-in, sell-out target, quarterly, yearly target. Then allocate to sales teams in assigned areas.

    3) Manage distributor’s PSI reports and ensure data accuracy (Purchase, Sell-out, & distributors inventory)

    4) Propose, plan and execute ideas (promotion, activities) to develop & grow sales.

    5) Train sales team (USM / SM) on route & online via training app frequently to improve their sales performance, standardize basic activities.

    6) Frequently conduct market survey to find improvement point of sales, to motivate sales staff, and to solve any difficulties.

    7) Collect & Report quickly as much as possible market movement (competitors, customers, & consumers).

    8) Allocate sales tools, POSM and other materials to support sales team work effectively.

    9) Build up relationship with distributors, customers, and communicate / work with other departments if necessary.

    10) Other relevant duties and responsibilities.

    Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree or above, good English communication
  • More than 3 years' experience in FMCG or related industry as Salesman (in charge of GT is an advantage but not mandatory)
  • At least 1 year's experience in managing FMCG supervisors and salesmen with growing sales result.
  • Can explain quantitatively, not qualitatively. Good communication skill.
  • Willing to take ownership in developing own capabilities
  • Good can-do attitude in situations that demand flexible actions
  • Cooperative spirit to work well with team members and other departments'
  • Can travel frequently for work
  • Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Power Point, Word)
