The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities
Manage to plan and executive all jobs related to developing Panasonic Battery Business in GT channel :
1) Cooperate with related members to manage internal PSI (Purchase from factory, Sales to customers, and Inventory of Panasonic) effectively.
2) Set sell-in, sell-out target, quarterly, yearly target. Then allocate to sales teams in assigned areas.
3) Manage distributor’s PSI reports and ensure data accuracy (Purchase, Sell-out, & distributors inventory)
4) Propose, plan and execute ideas (promotion, activities) to develop & grow sales.
5) Train sales team (USM / SM) on route & online via training app frequently to improve their sales performance, standardize basic activities.
6) Frequently conduct market survey to find improvement point of sales, to motivate sales staff, and to solve any difficulties.
7) Collect & Report quickly as much as possible market movement (competitors, customers, & consumers).
8) Allocate sales tools, POSM and other materials to support sales team work effectively.
9) Build up relationship with distributors, customers, and communicate / work with other departments if necessary.
10) Other relevant duties and responsibilities.
