Manage all of the admin works :

  • Be responsible for all of purchasing tasks in the office to make sure all of the tasks done properly and follow to the company’s policy
  • Be responsible for supporting Academic / Operation team with logistics purchasing for student’s projects
  • Be responsible for managing petty cash efficiently and make sure it is used under the proper purposes
  • Work proactively with the suppliers to get the best quality of the products with the best price within the timeline and payment clearance within the deadline.
  • Be responsible for checking all of the facilities (including printers, photocopy machines, computers, office furniture.
  • in a good condition or get it repaired / replaced under the time effectiveness
  • Support to work with the landlord to handle the payment tasks and other works related.
  • Other tasks per assigned
  • Manage legal admin work

  • Be responsible for preparing all of documentations to submit for licences or under purpose of investigation or school’s / other authorities request
  • Be responsible for all of the legal documents in updated and correct status and submitted within the deadline
  • Be responsible to record and profile all of legal documentations, documentations applied for licences and other relevant documents in a safe and confidential place.
  • Other tasks per assigned
  • Support accounting / cashier tasks

  • Support to control the approved budget
  • Support with transactions about related fees included in cash
  • Support with tuition fee follow up
  • Manage books and stationery storage
  • Profile all of related documents in a safe and confidential condition
  • Other tasks per assigned
  • Knowledge :

  • Appropriate University degree (Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade or Economics or English is preferable)
  • Experience :

  • At least 2 year experience in similar job
  • Experience in education, customer service, hospitality fields
  • Other :

  • Work well under pressure and handle stress
  • GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent English skills : Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent English translation and interpretation;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working manner;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • MS Office : Good at Excel / Word
