  • Define the periodical marketing plan and branding objectives by analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumer insights, journey.
  • Manage Inbound Marketing Process adhere the digital guideline & editorial calendar
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to content marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Be responsible for and adheres the MKT strategy and budget based on the planned activities
  • Manage all channels to run advertisement for Tambour’s service and internal campaigns including media planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting on social media growth, content marketing CTR % rate, lead generation, web conversion funnels & Google Analytics.
  • Proactively plan and create compelling and targeted digital communications activity and campaigns
  • Plan and execute all web landing pages by Wordpress, SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop and manage Digital & PR Marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company including Facebook, Online Seeding,
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, lead generation conversion and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with internal team and external agencies
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Guide the team to redesign the website wireframes, mockups, new bootstrap regarding the site Heatmap analytics to apply to Laravel framework website.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology (Martech) and digital marketing.
  • Other task assigned by Line Manager.

  • At least 2 year experience at customer service / MKT / branding / advertising / event in FMCG field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Media online
  • Experience and knowledge in managing PPV, PPC & CPI and SEO, PR, B2C Marketing
  • Strong Experience in Designing, Building and Developing all projects from scratch to the end result
  • Strong knowledge of local digital marketing market including various channels such as website promotion, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, Coc Coc Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, SNS
  • Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
  • Having experience in offline marketing and back-end development of websites and applications is a plus
  • Analytical and logical thinking, timing & result orientation
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
