Deliver actionable consultancy as well as manage and develop the team that service these clients, to ensure long term and sustained revenue growth within Kantar Worldpanel
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Build rapport with your clients in order to drive and grow the day-to-day relationship with them by learning and understanding their business, key objectives and challenges.
Deliver astute presentations with insights / recommendations that sharply meet the objectives of the brief and applicable to clients’ business.
Contribute to team revenue performance by identifying areas of opportunity to develop our service further with your client and producing relevant proposals and converting into new business.
Deliver and monitor contractual obligations and client satisfaction, managing issue resolutions and implementing improvements as identified
Supervise and assist in coaching and developing junior team members sharing knowledge, encouraging a culture of learning and building up can-do attitude.
Challenge client thinking and showing your credibility by offering the best possible recommendations & having the confidence to do so
Take part and / or lead on assigned projects which help driving further the expertise and business expansion of Kantar Worldpanel in Vietnam.
Master / Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Administration
3-6 Years solid experience in Marketing ideally in FMCG industry. Experience in Market Research will be an advantage.
Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to build relationships and act assertively and challenge when necessary
Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context
Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation and problem solving skills.
Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and plan effectively the workload for own and a small team.
Strong desire to motivate and develop others
Confidence to think outside of the box and express your own opinions to challenge client thinking credibly
