Deliver actionable consultancy as well as manage and develop the team that service these clients, to ensure long term and sustained revenue growth within Kantar Worldpanel

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Build rapport with your clients in order to drive and grow the day-to-day relationship with them by learning and understanding their business, key objectives and challenges.
  • Deliver astute presentations with insights / recommendations that sharply meet the objectives of the brief and applicable to clients’ business.
  • Contribute to team revenue performance by identifying areas of opportunity to develop our service further with your client and producing relevant proposals and converting into new business.
  • Deliver and monitor contractual obligations and client satisfaction, managing issue resolutions and implementing improvements as identified
  • Supervise and assist in coaching and developing junior team members sharing knowledge, encouraging a culture of learning and building up can-do attitude.
  • Challenge client thinking and showing your credibility by offering the best possible recommendations & having the confidence to do so
  • Take part and / or lead on assigned projects which help driving further the expertise and business expansion of Kantar Worldpanel in Vietnam.
  • Master / Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Administration
  • 3-6 Years solid experience in Marketing ideally in FMCG industry. Experience in Market Research will be an advantage.
  • Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to build relationships and act assertively and challenge when necessary
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context
  • Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and plan effectively the workload for own and a small team.
  • Strong desire to motivate and develop others
  • Confidence to think outside of the box and express your own opinions to challenge client thinking credibly
