Account Management Client & Agency Team Management Manage the team members to work efficiently; and ensure balance in workload among the team members Manage the workflow effectively and prioritize projects with resources Manage client / project workloads with effective planning by ensuring all projects handled by the team are completed on point, on time and on budget.

Conduct weekly meetings with Sr. Account Director and Account Executives in order to set weekly schedules, maintaining a complete overview of team activity at all times.

Ensure client files, documents and project bags are properly updated, filed and kept by team. Ensure that the team adopts professional standards of practice in terms of project development and archival.

Propose and implement rewards or forms of recognition for outstanding performance or disciplinary action against problematic team members.

Monitor quality control and signs off for release of projects. Ensure zero costly mistakes through high-standards of output with necessary checking in place.

Monitor, collate, check and compile time-sheets for all divisions and compare against time billed. Negotiate external supplier cost and prepare budgets and quotations to clients accordingly ensuring margins are met. Monitor and ensure external work is produced to the highest standards, on time, on budget.

Support the production and activation process where possible with occasional hands-on’ where appropriate. Business Development Financial Management Talent Training and Development Advise, propose and implement training programs for team, both on-

job training and formalized group training, so as to consistently increase team’s competence level. Understand the need for self-

development and continuously upgrades own skills and competence.
